Modaliés of enrollment:
For all our programs, the enrollment is there possible. We counsel you however to address us a demand of accompanied enrollment of 30% of the total price of the benefit.
The balance should arrive us 15 days before the date of benefit. The house of the Canyoning and the climbing reserves the right to annul the booking without indemnity.
In the setting of a group or the enrollment for several people, the subscriber commits to make to know and to approve general terms, as well as the documentation of the practicum to all registered participants.
Annulment by the customer:
For all annulment by the customer, the versed deposit won't be restored.
Special terms of annulment :
The House of the Canyoning and the climbing reserves the right to modify the programs of sporty activities for reasons of security, rises in the water level, sporty faculties of the participants or all case of absolute necessity.
For these reasons, some replacement courses will be organized without none of the participants cannot pretend to any indemnity. If The House of the Canyoning and the climbing is in the obligation to annul a departure for some reason that it is, the participants will fully be repaid without can pretend to no other supplementary indemnity.
Insurance:
Every monitor of the House of the Canyoning and the climbing has a liability insurance covering the framing of his/her/its own activities.
All relative information to the conditions of insurance can be provided on simple demand.
Steal and deteriorations :
The house of the canyoning declines all responsibility in case of loss, steal or deterioration of personal property.
